Course Introduction:
This programme is designed to enable participants improve the efficiency of the Procurement process and therefore optimise the positive results of the expenditure of public funds. The programme will also examine the vital issues related to Procurement and Supply Chain Management which will assist delegates to develop effective strategies for improved performance.
The course will focus on the challenges and opportunities involved in managing the Supply Chain.
