Course Introduction:
This course is designed to enlarge thinking and facilitate wider development and thereby assisting delegates in decision making. It will examine the actions and outcomes, theories and practice of the Management of Change. It will also focus on the skills required to manage the process of reform and to provide effective management.
The Course will benefit middle to senior management staff who will be actively involved in Port and Terminal Operations.
