Course Introduction:
The course is designed to focus on building the knowledge necessary for leaders to implement and sustain a Lean culture while identifying the issues that are preventing them from achieving success. The course will also focus on the roles and functions of leadership in effecting and managing Change within organisations.
Successful organisations are those that make continual improvement and continually challenge themselves in order to adopt relevant ans up-to-date compliances that fit the needs of the organisation and the people it serves. Organisations must change in response to new threats and opportunities, otherwise it will become extinct.

This intensive course is designed for Leaders, Directors and all Managers who are responsible for planning, designing and implementing strategic organisational Change. It is also for personnel who are responsible to lead others through the Lean process.
