#### Course Introduction:

This course has been designed for delegates who are responsible for building their organisation's reputation at the international level.

It provides a comprehensive overview of the requirements of International Diplomacy and International Protocol.

#### Training Outcomes:

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- brief visitors and their directors to other countries on protocol matters
- identify and use appropriate communication channels of Public Relations activities to improve business performance
- analyse problems facing their organisation and develop appropriate Strategic Plans to tackle them
- update their knowledge of protocol and Public relations at an International level
- give presentations and press conference abroad
